| For the last three years I have documented the U.S Embassy's efforts in Afghanistan as their official photographer. I have shot countless grip and grins and senior level government officials from Clinton to Karzai. Visiting 32 of Afghanistan's 34 provinces I have met some of the warmest and welcoming people, always willing to share a piece of bread and a cup of tea. Before Afghanistan I was based in India chasing the light and documenting everything from child labor to water shortages, Sri Lankan refugees to the amazing street life India has to offer. While there I trained my self to not change the moment by my presence. I have developed the abliity to walk into a subjects life and not change a thing, allowing me to capture the purest moment possible. I accomplished this by trying to walk up on animals and not have them run or react. It was actually easy as most of these animals were asleep. I shoot to give the moment life. What happens needs to remain remembered. I have won various awards and have been published all across the globe. I shoot and edit video and am a social media specialist always looking for the best way to get a message out.
