Report on the rains..

It rained at least three-feet and eight people were killed, the night before these photos were taken in Nuhru Nagar, a small village south of Chennai. Not only were the villagers wet and cold from the flooding, but they also had to battle with the health hazards of overflowing sewage drains. Click on the photo for a slide show.
